Using Forms in Flows

Navgar Flows aren't just about action - they are also about the context of action and information gathering from the necessary participants. By using Navgar's Forms, you can collect useful information at the right time from those assigned tasks in your Flow.

In the example below, let's imaging you have a Flow dedicated to collecting information from your customers about the new feature and have decided that you want to use a form for a task for Personal Interviews, so the questions are uniform and comprehensive.

By selecting the Add Form icon, you will be taken to the Build your form page. You can choose the information input type (the default is Short answer but also includes Single choice, Multiple Choice, User, and File uploads), type in your request, and +Add new field for subsequent additional information requests.

You then have the option of canceling outright, deleting if this was a previously saved instance, or you can save the form to the task.

Once the Flow is launched, the recipient will see the form icon instead of being able to mark the task complete as usual.

Once opened, it will display the questions to be completed.

Form recipients are able to either answer the questions manually or use AI (from either voice recording or via extraction of text from attaching a document.)

Once the questions are completed, the information collected will appear in the Flow Chat. By mousing over the completed form you may also:

  • Copy the form information to paste elsewhere

  • Use the print function to either print or select destination to PDF and maintain a saved record of the form
