Important action items sometimes arise within the context of a chat, often under the guise of 'should do.' You can turn those from the potential 'should do's' to kinetic 'will do's' with a few simple clicks in Navgar.

In the following conversation snippet, you can see at least two examples of potentially important tasks that might otherwise never be acted upon in other platforms.

Simply highlight the portion of text that represents a task to be actioned upon...

Click on the 'Convert into a Task' icon (far left of available icons that populate when highlighted).

Immediately you will find a new message below the comment indicating that a task has been created from the message, with additional text from the chat pulled into the new task's description for context. This new task is by default assigned to its creator but can be reassigned as necessary. You will also see that a link to a new and separate chat pertinent to the task appears for. You are notified in this new chat who the participants of it are, as well as a link to redirect you to the parent conversation.
