A primary function of our Flows is to templatize work to happen sequentially and to optimum cadence for your operations. Scheduling Flows allows peace of mind for recurring workflows, that things will happen on a consistent basis to the design of the Flow's creator.
To schedule a Flow you have already created:
1. Go to the Flow Templates and select the Flow you want to schedule
2. Click on More ("⋮") and "Schedule Flow"
3. From the screen that populates, you can choose from daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence options. Begin by giving the Flow instance an Identifier for reference purposes
You can choose the days of the week the Flow will launch as well as the time of day (to half hour increments)
On a monthly cadence, you can choose the months and day of the month the Flow should be launched. Given that months have differing count of days, you also have the option of selecting the last day of the month if this is your intention
4. Important: In either case be sure to select your intended time zone and to set your Flow Status to active for a successful launch, prior to clicking the Schedule button
