Canceling Flows

Once a Flow is in operation, there are many reasons why it might need to be stopped. In the Flow example below, "Arrange catering service," there is an active instance in Running Flows that has some tasks completed but needs to be shut down entirely.

To cancel a Flow:

1. Go to Running Flows module of the Navgar application

2. Select the Cancel icon on the far right column

3. You will receive a popup to provide confirmation and reason for the cancellation. Once you have done so, you will be returned to the main Running Flows screen
