Organizing Flows

Navgar makes it easy to organize Flows you have created so they can be easily sourced when needed by the people who need them by using Flow Groups. You are also able to restrict access to Flows as well for when privacy controls are needed for both Flows and Flow Groups.

Creating Flow Groups

1. From the Flow Templates module, click on the Create New Group button on the left side of the page

2. Enter the name of your choice for your Flow Group. As Flow Groups are by default Private, you can modify this setting to Shared so that specific users you designate can delete, edit title and description of the Flow Group.

For each of the users involved in your Flow Group, you can control their permissions to

  • Make group admin - Can see chats, edit, and launch templates

  • Make group editor - Can edit and launch templates (Can't see chats)

  • Make template launcher - Can see chats and launch templates

You can revisit the permissions you set at any time

  • You may also edit or delete any Flow Groups created should the need arise but any Flow Templates contained in the Flow Group will need to be relocated before you may do so.

  • Once a Flow Group is created, you can create related Flows (see next section)

Creating a Flow within a Preexisting Group

  • If there is a preexisting Flow Group that you would like to create a new Flow within, simply go to the Flow Templates tab of Navgar,

  • Locate your intended Flow Group and click the +New button

  • If the Flow Group is private, but you would like the Flow to be Public, you will have the option to enact the Public option (located at the bottom of the page) but note that by doing so, any company member with an account can access and launch it.
