How to fix it
Try these steps:
1. Open the page in a private/incognito window
This disables many browser extensions automatically.

2. Disable ad blockers or privacy/security extensions
Extensions that block scripts can prevent the payment form from loading.
3. Try from your mobile phone
In some cases, the checkout works normally on mobile even when it is blocked on desktop.
4. Try another browser
This helps confirm whether the issue is browser-specific.
5. Check antivirus or security software
Programs such as Norton or similar security tools may block payment scripts.
6. Clear your browser cache and cookies
Then reload the page and try again.

a screenshot of the blank payment area
the browser and device you are using
whether it works on mobile
whether you are using any ad blocker, antivirus, or privacy/security extension
